General
Description
The
TT255 range of Recorders offer a simple
economic means of measuring temperature
and producing records on a 100mm diameter
chart. Temperature sensing is by an inert
gas filled bulb with two metres of capillary.
For
ease of maintenance and installation, the
Recorder is fitted with a quartz clock based
chart drive which will operate for up to
one year on a single AA size alkaline battery.
The chart recording is produced by means
of a disposable fibre tip pen which will
normally last for 4 to 6 months and is easily
replaced.
Specifications
CASE:
Shock resistant plastic with a door seal
and lock manufactured to DIN
standard 144 x 144mm fascia size, with 90mm
depth behind bezel. Panel mounting cut-out
138 x 138mm, and is supplied with metal
panel mounting fittings.
CHART:
100mm diameter paper chart with printed
temperature range and time lines. Available
in 24-hour and 7-day rotation versions together
with a wide choice of temperature scales.
The chart drive mechanism is operated by
a 1.5V alkaline battery size AA. (MN 1500
recommended). Mains supply to special order.
PEN:
Fibre tip disposable pen writing system
with pen lifting mechanism and screw. Also
has adjustable writing pressure to ensure
a quality trace on the chart.
SYSTEM:
Inert gas filled capillary and bulb system.
Stainless steel bulb 100mm x 10mm diameter,
with 2 metres of copper capillary. Longer
lengths are available to special order.
